E-MTB Excursions on Monte Calamita: E-Bike Routes for Everyone

The Costa dei Gabbiani features numerous trails of varying difficulty levels, stretching from sea level up to the 400m summit of Monte Calamita, and reaching the stunning Punta delle Ripalte, one of the island’s most panoramic spots, surrounded by the characteristic flora of Elba. Monte Calamita is also the venue for the Legend CUP, an event that has now gained global recognition.

Calamita Tour

With a 360° view over the Tuscan Archipelago, we’ll follow the loop around Monte Calamita, admiring the islands surrounding Elba.

Mines Tour

We’ll explore the southwest side of Monte Calamita, rich in history, visiting the old iron mines of Capoliveri and their lunar landscape.

We’ll traverse trails that wind along the coasts and venture into the vegetation, exploring different areas to discover the island’s diversity.

We’ll ride the trails of the Legend Cup, and depending on your skill level, the enduro trails will allow you to choose the most suitable option among 60 km of paths.

West Coast Tour

With the help of our shuttle, we’ll move to the western side of the island to ride the enduro trails, passing through the paths of Monte Capanne.

Duration: 5 hours (shuttle included)

Bike/Shuttle

With Experience 360, you can explore the best trails on the Island of Elba, from east to west, thanks to our shuttle service that will comfortably take you to an elevation of 500 to 600 meters above sea level. From there, you can tackle descents on flowy trails interspersed with technical sections, perfect for testing the skills of any rider.

Our shuttle is a van with 8 seats, including the driver, and can carry up to 9 bikes on a special trailer. For those arriving in a group, it’s possible to leave the car in Piombino, cross the sea by ferry with the bikes, and enjoy a day of shuttle service.

At the end of the excursion, in the late afternoon, we will take the group back to the ferry for the return to Piombino. Prices to be shared among participants:
